My distinctive approach to commercial governance and problem solving has evolved from extensive experience across multiple sectors from infrastructure to SuperPrime, spanning the UK, the Middle East and the Far East.  My background has at various stages embraced senior management and directorship roles overseeing key commercial functions from project inception through to final accounts, and all commercial workstreams in between. This versatility, together with my experience as both client and contractor, helps me approach project issues from multiple perspectives to inform optimum decision making. Through in-depth scrutiny of commercial intergrity I help facilitate project practical completions on time and on budget through decisive but measured interventions.
