£1.8bn Phase 2 stage rebuilding of the Power Station. Client Commercial Lead overseeing negotiations with Tier 1 contractors on a Fixed Price Lump Sum agreement. Leading change management, project procurement, and management of consultant teams.

£600m Heathrow T2B Terminal D&B NEC Project. Involved significant tender negotiations together with administering the project Change Control and Commercial Design Review process to control unnecessary design development.

HK$8.6bn, 6km D&B bridge link between Kowloon and Lantau Island. Overseeing commercial teams in Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Hong Kong. General contractual safeguarding, pursuit of entitlement claims and managing the design review process.

The £0.7bn Phase 3a stage of the Battersea Power Station development . A new build CM Contract Tier 1 negotiation for Gehry & Foster designed residential towers. Established and  oversaw procurement strategy, cost  reporting  mechanisms, design review processes and consultant team management.​

Northacre’s £450m SuperPrime Mixed-use Broadway development. Accountable for project commercial performance, budget and all Tier 1 commercial negotiations. Together with consultant team management, counterclaims and contractual strategy, delay claim management and adjudications lead.

£1bn Multi-use Redevelopment. Oversight and management of all client consultants. Management of the first phase of pre-con, demolition, enabling works, substructure and frame. Developed the main works procurement strategy and contractor selection criteria for the frame, envelope and fit out works.
